The crew out at SOL in Concord is absolutely fantastic! I went into SOL with a significant MCL/LCL knee injury from skiing & martial arts. Danielle Kaye has not only helped me recover *but* lead my rehabilitation such that now I am stronger that before! She is skilled and demanding, as well as kind and understanding of your individual healing/recovery process. A prefect balance! Absolutely beyond my expectations!

My 95 years-young Mom was referred to SOL Concord for her osteoporosis back pain and just after a few sessions, we could see an improvement! I attribute this to the excellent treatment she's receiving from Physical Therapists Amandine and Danielle. Amandine conducted a very thorough intake and developed an effective plan. Both she and Danielle are extremely knowledgeable and skillful, plus very personable! Shout out also to Angelica for her assistance in scheduling (and rescheduling ;-) and always with a smile! Thank you for your care!

Went two different times for hip and knee sugery rehab. The facility and equipment were everything you needed to get the best therapy. I received excellent therapy sessions followed by a personal trainer to ensure I did the rehab exercises correctly. Big thanks to my two therapists, Danielle and Amandine, and the best trainers Ernesto and Christian.

Kevin Takao is amazing! I've been frustrated with a stiff and limited range of motion neck for months after shoulder surgery. I met with him yesterday for an hour and today my neck feels 1000% better.

Absolutely the BEST care that you could ask for. Kevin and his team are amazing. They are all dedicated and skilled and take the time to listen and address any issues. I have been to other clinics for PT, but did not find that they helped at all. I was beginning to lose hope that I would ever get better. Now, I actually look forward to going to PT because I always feel better afterward. You won't regret going to Spine and Sports. They are the gold standard for care.

This is an amazing place. Had my workers comp transferred over here. Way better treatment than I was receiving before. They actually work on you and your muscle pains and the workouts are catered to your needs. Just such am amazing place and staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

After getting shoulder surgery I was nervous about the recovery ahead. Thankfully I chose SOL physical therapy and they guided me every step of the way! They do a great job here and provide excellent hands on physical therapy as well as giving you the tools to get back to a healthy body. It is great the experience is amazing the techniques feel good they get you ready for the gym and back to work the stretch feels sooo good I suffer from chronic hip and back pain I feel much better leaving out with no pain opposed to walking in with pain

Kevin is an exceptionally gifted physical therapist. As soon as you describe your problems, he quickly pinpoints the root cause and provides targeted, effective treatments that lead to real, fast recovery. This kind of diagnostic skill and personalized approach is truly rare. For example, I had sciatica for more than a year and had to stand up all day to use the computer because of the pain. After meeting Kevin and his first evaluation treatment session, my pain was gone, I could finally sit down comfortably. He also resolved several of my other issues, greatly improving my quality of life. I’m deeply grateful for his expertise, patience, and encouragement.
